The One Book Yuma selection this year of “They Poured Fire On Us From The Sky” is the true-life survival story of three young boys fleeing civil war in Sudan.

Two of those three boys, Benson Deng and Benjamin Ajak, along with their collaborator Judy A. Bernstein, will join us in Yuma in one month for three community discussions.

This is a fabulous opportunity to read about a distant place, and the struggles of its’ people, and to meet and interact with the authors.

Books are currently available at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, at the College Bookstore on the AWC/NAU campus, and also at both the Yuma County Library and the AWC/NAU library.
